Christine Saffron Pasta

When that inspiration strikes, we have the saffron pasta recipe that will make you look like a hero. You’ll have a Michelin-level pasta ready in 15 minutes from start to finish. Bonus: how to really cook with saffron.

All About Saffron

Galavante Founder Christine Drinan is back in the kitchen. This time she’s bringing a meal inspired by her travels. You may think that this saffron pasta recipe was inspired by Italy, but it actually is not. It’s especially unique because it includes saffron that she brought back from Afghanistan. We know; completely normal. No matter where you source your saffron though, this is a saffron pasta recipe, that will take your dinner party to the next level.

The Ingredients

1 package of your favorite Egg-based pasta, preferably tagliarini
1 stick High quality butter
2 small Ice cubes
Salt to cook the noodles
4-6 strings of saffron
White pepper to taste
Fleur du Sel if needed for garnish

Directions

This is where you need to check out the video of Founder Christine making the easiest and best saffron recipe. We guarantee that it will be a favorite and elevate any lunch, dinner party, or no occasion at all.
