Whether you’re having a virtual Thanksgiving dinner, doing a Biden-inspired family car rally (check out our Thanksgiving ideas here) or staying home this year, you gotta eat. Stuffing has a very special meaning in my family, and it’s not only because it’s one of our most delicious dishes.  A certain member of my family, who shall remain unnamed, with best intentions offered to make the stuffing one year.  When he arrived, it was with a bag of breadcrumbs, and needless to say, that’s not stuffing, and we went without our favorite dish that year. But it made for a memorable story, that we all laugh about today.  Thanksgiving is about family, breadcrumbs and all.  Don’t’ worry; this is not that stuffing recipe.  This recipe will have you wondering why you aren’t enjoying pumpkin bread pudding all year round.
