There’s something about Dubai that just gets the jets, or rather jet set, going. It’s a very safe place to live and party, attracting the best and the brightest to take a claim on the fast-beating heart of the Middle East. Billions is so last year; Dubai is attracting trillions in investment, and the restaurant scene is booming in response.
It’s a veritable feast of global hospitality heavy-hitters carving out destination dining, where the fit-outs are as fabulous as the clientele. The Spaniards have led the way in group hospitality management, with the French and Americans creating lavish venues that turn evenings into events.

Dubai Dining 2026 – Fabulous Food Meets Extra Entertainment
With so many options to excite the palate and swell the senses, we’ve picked a few of our favorites for memories worth the trip. They’re places with Michelin mentions and success behind them, where you’ll find Hollywood honchos rubbing shoulders with tech bros and bankers.
Someone has to feed all the uber-wealthy and burgeoning megastars, and global dining empires are bringing it.

Dubai’s Best Beach-to-Late Night Venues
Nothing says party like Verde. The YEEELS group has successfully imported the vibe of its Paris and Saint Tropez locations to Jumeirah. The party starts at Verde Beach in the morning and Verde Dubai is where it ends with surprise entertainment on the weekends. And no private jet necessary to do both in one day. Book a suite at the Four Seasons for the land-based commute.

A day or night at Bâoli Dubai on La Mer beach will have you yearning for a spa day. The talented Sunset Hospitality Group is behind this venue. Beats ramp up from 10am at the beach and pool before taking the party through dinner and early morning. Resident and monthly guest DJs keep the vibe alive while the food meets the moment. World bistro favorites by day and a lighter blend of Japanese/French fusion at night. Book a pool suite in advance for a place to relax between sets.

Best Views in Dubai
If being on cloud nine is the low bar, Cloud 22 is your vibe. It’s not technically beachfront, but sets you high above sea with spectacular panoramic views. Book a day bed floating over the infinity pool, which falls away to waterfront mansions and the city’s landmark skyline. The scene flushes with VIPs at this Atlantis The Royal destination.

Dubai Must-Do Fine Dining
If you’re missing home in Dubai, Carbone has arrived at Atlantis, Palm Jumeirah. The atmosphere is all plush and comfort from the rich furnishings to the exquisitely prepared ingredients. What’s been added is a little theatre, with tableside preparations of dishes, featuring caviar and truffles as well as 450 wines that are exclusive to the Dubai outpost.

Dani García brings his innovative Andalusian cuisine licked over flames to the Middle East at Leña Dubai. Premium cuts and seafood are prepared and grilled to extract maximum flavor and excitement for meat lovers. The 14-seater Smoked Room is quieted down a narrow passageway, where chefs are on show, guiding diners through an 11-course menu. Leña is entertainment dining, whether you’re celebrating a buyout or taking romance to the next level.

The newest addition to the dining scene is Giulia by the Beach at Be Beach on Palm Jumeirah. Opening its door in December, 2025, it’s bringing Sorrento vibes to Dubai. The menu, though predictable, is a perfectly prepared tour of Mediterranean favorites. The scene is ladies who lunch through to deal-makers, from lunch through dinner.

There’s no cuisine that better responds to hot days and warm nights than Greek. So what better place to enjoy it year-round than in Dubai with a feta Psiti and a Geuomai, Gaia’s take on the Negroni? Bringing the enjoy-it-where-it’s-warm ethos from La Petit Maison, chefs Izu Ani and Orestis Kotefas have created a dining experience makes you glad to be alive. Áspro páto!
