We love ourselves a reboot – especially, when it involves Sandra Bullock, who is like a national treasure. The gang got back together for a sequel to the hit movie, and these are the iconic spots to which they threw it back, as well as new places where they filmed.

Location: Beaconsfield, UK

Transporting you back to the world of Practical Magic 2, just 40 minutes outside of London, the Royal Standard of England served as the exterior of the fictional Thornfield Inn in the film. The interior was set as the pub featured in the film.

The Royal Standard of England has existed for 900 years, making it one of the UK’s most historic gathering spots. It is one of England’s oldest serving pubs. It has kept its charm from the wooden architecture to its traditional English cuisine. Moments here allow us to live out our countryside dreams.

The Stag & Huntsmen

Location: Hambleden, UK

Located 25 minutes by car from Beaconsfield, the quaint town of Hambleden served as the setting for Thornfield Village. The village is home to a local gem, The Stag & Huntsmen. Although not shown in Practical Magic 2, the location captures the feeling of myth and fairy tales.

Created for the perfect romantic escape, The Stag & Huntsmen is a boutique stay with only nine rooms, with classic style and modern touches. Dining offers classic fish and chips, with most of the food cooked over an open fire, for a cozy evening after wandering around the quiet, picturesque town.

Location: Tisbury, UK

On the darker side of Practical Magic 2 and 2.5 hours from Hambleden, what better place for the mysterious “Lockland Manor” than the 14th-century ruins at the Old Wardour Castle?

Bringing a moodier aesthetic to your trip, the castle sits beside a peaceful lake, perfect for a cinematic weekend spent tracing the characters’ footsteps and exploring weathered stones in a destination rich with ancient history.

Claridge’s Mayfair

Location: London, UK

Last but not least, just 2 hours away from Tisbury, during the cast’s time in London, they reportedly stayed at Claridge’s in Mayfair. The luxury hotel offers sprawling rooms, with some spaces that cover up to 2,400 square feet. Claridge’s is nestled in the trendy neighborhood of Mayfair, where shops and coffee houses are a must for your afternoon strolls.

The hotel is known for its afternoon tea and perfectly paired daily-baked pastries. The wellness space holds a state-of-the-art health and fitness studio while providing a sanctuary of spa treatments for the end of your long day. These include holistic approaches and treatments such as The Braden x Sturm anti-inflammatory experience to reset after all of your travels.
