Here’s another reason to put your name on the Soho House membership waitlist: the opening of Soho House’s Holloway House. Yes, Soho House has been in West Hollywood for a decade, but now, with Holloway House, you can make it your home base. Here’s a preview of the new hotel in the Soho House empire.
Space and Amenities
Holloway House is conveniently located a short drive away from the Soho House in West Hollywood. The overall feel of the décor is inspired by old Hollywood, with antique furniture across three floors. The dining area will have the classic Soho House menu and is outfitted with vintage chairs and leather-clad booths. Interior spaces throughout the building will also feature artwork created by L.A. artists under 40. There is also House Studio, a creative space made for individuals to connect, network, and work together. Of course, the rooftop will be used as the club floor and will include a bar and lounge seating for you to soak up the sun while you enjoy views of the city. Furthermore, Holloway House will have an intimate library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. In addition, the space can be used for events, screenings, and cultural programs.
Rooms
Instead of Holloway House replacing or competing with the famous WeHo location, the two are meant to complement each other. Holloway House will have 34 rooms available for guests. The smallest rooms are about 230 square feet and overlook the street. Dubbed “cozy rooms,” they can be set up as interconnected spaces with adjoining cozy rooms. The largest rooms are 540 square feet and include a sofa and armchairs for lounging. There are three other room options that fall between these two, so be sure to inquire about the best fit for you. All rooms come with complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, drinks, and homemade biscuits. Of course, Soho House members and Soho House Friends get special rates.
