There’s a crystal clear sea, beautiful beaches, wonderful weather. And perhaps because Vis is more distant from Croatia’s mainland than other islands, the destination avoids over tourism.
Incidentally, we’re curious about what’s next for the ABBA story on film. If and when Mamma Mia 3 comes along, that filming location is anyone’s guess. However, a remote island somewhere in the Mediterranean is likely to be a safe bet.
