YOUR INSPIRATION TO EXPLORE THE WORLD

Where Bennifer 2.0 Travels

bennifer-2.0-feature

Clearly, some things are better the second time around. Even if it takes almost 20 years and a few marriages…when it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be. If only for the travel these two do (which is way in style), we’re pulling for Ben and Jen to make it forever. Here are a few spots they’ve traveled recently.

Gran Canaria, Spain

The largest of the Canary Islands is a lovers’ paradise. Ben and Jen are one hundred percent in love again, which may be due in part to their lucky excursions to some of the most majestic geographical landscapes. Where Bennifer travels, there are lessons from an ancient civilization with hidden caves and a ‘lost temple’ filled with archeological artifacts. Also, of course, there’s the Spanish influence that the island is known for. Known as a mini-continent, it’s filled with cities that radiate with the liveliness of, say, Ibiza. But despite the wonders of the island, Ben and Jen mostly just had eyes for each other, say onlookers who watched the couple sitting on park benches, deep in conversation.

But the city ensured that the pair stayed in style. Officials turned the famous Palacete Rodríguez Quegles in Las Palmas into a modern three-story house. Where Bennifer travels, the hosts go above and beyond. In this case, they delivered a completely revamped home. Architects renovated the inside of the building to make an open-plan living room and kitchen out of the original design from the 1900’s. Since the pair left, the renovated mansion has gone on the market. If that’s too rick for your wallet, you can still stay in style at the iconic, glamorous hotel Jen and Ben briefly visited, Santa Catalina.

Yellowstone, Montana

If you were part of the most famous engaged couple in the world, you too would vacation at perhaps the most exclusive vacation spot in the country, the Yellowstone Club. The ski retreat and outdoors-people’s paradise is as romantic during the winter months and it is after the snow thaws in March, which is when Ben and Jen visited. Rather than helicopter to the top of the mountains for a run, the pair opted for multiple hikes, capped with a few dips in the property’s pools and hot tubs. Of course, they also attended parties put on by some of the other members with residences who include Bill Gates, and Tom and Gisèle.

Where Bennifer travels, the rich and famous follow — and we do mean rich. Membership fees start at $300,000, and Ben owns a property here which runs into the many millions. We would expect nothing less from this high-profile couple.

Soho House, Malibu

If you’re a world famous duo, it’s only right that you frequent exclusive clubs. Yellowstone wasn’t the only elite retreat Ben and Jen snuck away to visit. They also dined at the exclusive Soho Beach House in Malibu, right on the water. The Soho House is a relaxed outpost for creatively-minded elites. A certain elegance is expected of each member. Bennifer looked in tip-top, dressed-to-the-nines shape. But despite the dress code, the terrace patio and indoor and outdoor bars are the perfect spaces for respite and relaxation. The ocean breeze and sound of the waves can be the inspiration for a brilliant new song…or just the backdrop for a good romantic conversation.

At a place like Soho House, everyone is famous, so no one is bothering anyone for a fan photo or autograph. Still, where Bennifer travels, paparazzi follow. Sometimes it’s hard to be beautiful and in love!
