The VIP Guide To Disney World Resort

VIP guide to Disney World Resort

No matter their age or how well traveled they are, kids love a trip to Disney World. The rides, the Disney characters, the decor, the shows – it’s all fun for them. For parents, however, it’s a different story. While we do take a lot of pleasure from seeing our children having the time of their lives, Disney World is not exactly our idea of a refined, luxe vacation. That said, you don’t have to rough it. You can elevate your time at Disney World by opting for VIP experiences in the park and by booking the most high-end hotel available. Here’s how to do it.

While the most exclusive place to stay at Disney World is the Cinderella Castle Suite, no amount of money can get you there – only those who win the rare sweepstakes or raffles for charity can do so. Your second-best option is therefore the Four Seasons Orlando at Disney World Resort.

Located within Disney World Resort, this property strikes the perfect balance of adult and children fun. There’s a Michelin-listed restaurant, a spa, an adult-only pool, an 18-hole golf course, a complimentary kids’ camp, and baby-sitting services for parents. The kids get their fair share of fun activities too, including access to a five-acre water park with a lazy river and waterslides, a games room, Disney princess makeovers at the spa, and the chance to meet their favorite character during breakfast at onsite Ravello restaurant.

The rooms at the Four Seasons Orlando at Disney World Resort aren’t Disney themed, which parents will appreciate. However, If you want to do something special for the kids, you can purchase an in-room celebration package that includes toys, balloons, etc. While all the rooms and suites are a good size, if you want more space and more privacy, you can rent the entire 16th floor of the hotel.

For something a little extra, you can also rent a private dining room at Capa Steakhouse, the aforementioned Michelin-listed restaurant, or have the entire waterpark for yourself for three whole hours. A private kids’ butler is also available to entertain your young ones.

Disney Private VIP Tours (From $450 to $950 per hour)

A Disney Private VIP Tour Guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you on a grand tour of Disney World. Wave Pool Private Rental ($2,250)

Disney World might not seem like the most natural place to surf, or learn to surf, but you can do exactly that at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park’s wave pool. Rent the wave pool for three hours and ride up to 150 waves. You can invite up to 14 friends to surf with you.

EPCOT Fireworks Cruise (From $499)

A professional photographer will accompany you to capture the experience. Guests must be eight or older to take part in this tour.

EPCOT Seas Adventure Dive Quest  ($229 per person)

You can do just about anything at World Disney — even SCUBA dive. Gear up and dive with 2,000 aquatic creatures, including sea turtles, reef fish, stingrays and sharks in the saltwater aquarium at EPCOT. Guests must be at least 10 years of age and hold an Open Water SCUBA certification.

What Is A Club 33 Membership?

Club 33 is a private members club located on Royal Street within Disney World Resort. It’s for the hardcore Disney fans who visit multiple times a year and don’t want to mix with the rest of the visitors. Beside gaining access to the physical club and its five-star restaurant, the perks of the membership are very mysterious. The word around town is that it includes VIP park access, private lounges, top-tier concierge services, and exclusive merchandise.

The initiation fee is said to be in the tens of thousands of dollars, and so are the annual fees. Rumors say the waitlist to become a member is very long. In fact it can take up to 10 years to get your hands on a membership.
