Q: What activities are offered to guests?
A: Depending on the season, guests can go ice climbing, rappelling, rock climbing, aurora viewing, avalanche viewing, backcountry skiing, showshoe glacier trekking, snow cavern spelunking, and more. Q: Where is the nearest town?
A: The closest town is Talkeetna, which is 55 miles away by air. And as with the chalet, a helicopter is the only form of transport since there are no roads or trails to lead you to the location.

Q: Are there wildlife in the area?
A: Wildlife can be spotted in the river valley area, but it is almost impossible for wildlife to travel beyond the Ruth Glacier Ice Fall and reach the Don Sheldon Amphitheater.
