Paris Hilton’s Honeymoon

paris-hilton-honeymoon-feature

Did you know, before Kim Kardashian became a household name, she was Paris Hilton’s assistant and closet organizer? Yes, times change. And after four engagements, Paris is married. Here’s where she went on her honeymoon. In unconventional Paris fashion, her mother joined in on the fun. It was that good of spots (yes plural, it is Paris) to travel to.

The Locations

Paris once claimed she hadn’t been on vacation in like 15 years, so it only makes sense that she would blow it out on her honeymoon.  Her trip was a sevenweek long voyage that spanned across the world.  And this trip gives you inspo, as you would expect from Paris Hilton’s honeymoon.

Location 1:  Bora Bora, French Polynesia

Paris Hilton’s honeymoon (which was well documented on her instagram, Peacock show, Paris In Love, and on Youtube) started off at the Conrad in Bora Bora.  The couple was joined by their brothers and sisters, and of course Paris’s famous parents. The Conrad, of course, is part of the Hilton hotels.  Just like her joint Bachelorette/Bachelor party in Las Vegas, Paris Hilton’s honeymoon is all about keeping it in the Hilton hotels family.

The Conrad Bora Bora Nui is on the island of Bora Bora in French Polynesia.  Rooms are both in over-the-water huts and set on the island’s hillside.  There are 4 restaurants, 3 bars and a kids club.  This is a hotel that’s good for families and also relatively won’t break the bank.

Location 2:  British Virgin Islands

On Moskito Island is Sir Richard Branson’s newest private island in the BVI.  Moskito island joins the iconic Necker Island portfolio.   Accommodations are in ultra-luxe and ultra private estates, that have estates within the estates.  The Branson Estate is made up of three stand-alone villas and houses up to 22 guests.  It even has it own private beach.

Location 3: Anguilla

One Caribbean island wasn’t enough for Paris Hilton’s honeymoon, so they also hit up Anguilla.  Zemi Beach House is you guessed it, part of the Hilton hotels.  It’s part of the cooler and younger LXR portfolio within Hilton, and set on 6 miles of beach.

Location 4:  London

All this traveling around the world requires major airports, so from the Caribbean Paris and Carter headed to London.  They didn’t have tea with the Queen, but they did stay at The Biltmore.

The Biltmore, Mayfair, also part of LXR hotels, is is right on Grovesnor Square.  The hotel combines classic on the outside with a more contemporary decor in the interiors.  If there’s one thing Paris Hilton’s honeymoon proves, it’s that she’s loyal to the family brand of hotels.

Location 5:  The Maldives

And finally, the seven week Paris Hilton honeymoon ended in the Maldives, where they popped by the Waldorf Astoria and Conrad. Now we swear that this article is not an advertisement for Hilton Hotels.  However, both the Waldorf and Conrad are the higher tier properties of the Hilton portfolio.

The Conrad Rangali Island is one of the iconic Maldives hotels that has the underwater restaurant and rooms.  Even if you know nothing about the Maldives, the underwater Ithaa Undersea Restaurant is an iconic spot.  The restaurant is an enclosed glass structure that’s subterranean with views of the Indian Ocean.

The Waldorf Astoria Ithaafushi is the most luxurious Hilton property in the Maldives.  It’s a 40 minute yacht ride from the main airport on Male.  There are 119 Beach, reef and over-the-water villas on this private island, along with 11 restaurants.  Only fitting that Paris Hilton’s honeymoon, after 7 weeks, would finally end here.
