We’re ready to open up US Weekly and see celebs in some other context than taking out the garbage (because they are just like us). We won’t have to wait long, as we have a feeling everyone will be on a travel tear this summer. At these 3 spots, you’re more likely than not to see where celebrities vacation in France.
The Celeb: Bradley Cooper
The Spot: South of France
You know, Bradley Cooper speaks French fluently, and has the best accent, to boot. Fun fact is he spent six months in Aix-en-Provence as an exchange student. It makes sense that France is one of his favorite places in the world, and you’ll find him on vacation in the South of France any given summer. A favorite spot of his to visit is the Villa La Coste where he was seen lunching with Bono. Clearly, it’s a place where celebrities vacation in France.
The Celeb: Gwyneth Paltrow
The Spot: Cannes
Gwyneth has a thing for the Mediterranean, and she and husband, Brad Falchuk often vacay in the South of France before heading on to Spain. But of course, she stays off the beaten path in a $40 million Airbnb that goes for almost $10,000 a night. The spacious open-plan home with marble bathrooms and soft furnishings that complement the views of the Mediterranean Sea is a dream home. When in Paris, the couple enjoys a more lively stay near the Champs Élysées and a dinner at the famous Le Dôme Café in Montparnasse.
The Celeb: Justin Bieber
The Spot: Paris
Way back when he was just a baby in 2011, Justin attracted masses of fans outside Hôtel de Sers in Paris. Now that he’s all grown up, the City of Lights is one of his and wife Hailey’s favorite places to travel to, most recently doing a live concert in April streamed online from the city. They also often visit during Fashion Week when they show off their spot-on street style.
The Celeb: Pippa Middleton
The Spot: Provence
The sleepy, medieval villages of Provence offer a welcome contrast to the busy, high-profile lives of the world’s elite. Pippa enjoys getting away from her home in the UK to relax among lavender fields, vineyards and quaint towns. Provence is one of the best places in the world for celebrities to vacation and own homes because they can truly escape and enjoy perfect weather and gorgeous countryside. Famous Provence homeowners include the Beckhams and Johnny Depp.
