There’s something about fall that inspires you to seek out a hot apple cider and visit a pumpkin patch. But, it’s also a time when you just want to get cozy at home. Which means you’re going to need provisions, especially with all the QT and hibernation the weather will inspire. These are the home design shops where you’ll want to stock up this season.
Welcome to New York, where you can find anything form a match box, book collection, or a rare stone. This is Luis Enrique Hill’s list of must stop shops as a local interior decorator.

Current Home
Start with the upper east side Current Home (corner of 81st & Lex). Here, you can find a curated showroom that changes seasonally. Go in and buy a beautiful mahjong set or pick up nice house warming gifts. Pillows accent anything. And Current Home has everything else to decorate and entertain.

KRB
Looking for antiques or a table from the lacquer company? KRB is your spot. Everything is thoughtfully curated. It’s like a magic shop of antiques, vintage finds, and new one-of-a-kind statement pieces curated by Kate Rheinstein Brodsky.

High Style Deco
High Style Deco is only place for original vintage deco glam. Located on West 20th St, this shop offers all original antique one-of-a-kind pieces. If a Murano glass chandelier is what you are after, you will find it here.

William-Wayne & Co.
For all things home walk in to William-Wayne & Co. and pick up a set of vintage bar glasses with beautiful printed linen napkins.

Assouline
In my opinion, Assouline is the only place to buy coffee table statements books. Assouline is located inside the prestigious Decorator and Design Building, on East 59th St. and 3rd Ave.

The Gallery at 200 Lex
Want to shop where only designers are allowed? Then welcome to the New York Design Center — the country’s oldest furniture and design building, 16 stories. In particular, my favorite showroom is located on the 10th floor: The Gallery at 200 Lexington. If you’ve ever been to the Paris Antique Show… well, this is a full floor of just that. Thoughtfully curated shops from items sourced globally.

Red Carpet
Need a rug? The only place I source area rugs is Red Carpet. The owner, Roben Keypour, is a sweet, gentle man, who sources rugs from Nepal os the highest quality. Red Carpet has carried the finest area rugs for over two decades.
