Thanks to the generosity of our 2026 donors, Galavante in the World (GITW) continues to provide women from around the world with life-changing opportunities. Every contribution, small or large, helps empower these students break barriers and to strive to make an impact on the world. As we reflect on 2026, we want to show our gratitude for every donor who has invested in our mission.
Opening Doors for Education
This year, the generous donations are helping dedicated Aqela Nussrat continue her Master of Business Administration at George Washington University. We especially want to thank the M.V. Women’s Scholarship for their generous donation. As a result of this scholarship, she is can focus on accomplishing her academic goals while preparing her to confidently make a meaningful change in her community.
Opportunities for Students
Moreover, two students from the American University of Afghanistan (AUA) will receive one year of their college education through donor contributions. Because of donations from individuals such as Maryfrances Metrick, two students from AUA will further their college education. These scholarships will not simply provide financial assistance, they will also allow these women to hope, have stability, and the opportunity to continue their higher education.
