Tina Naser is a management consulting executive, business builder, and strategist with 25 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies design and execute sustainable organization and people strategies to deliver business, employee, customer, and social impact. She is a Strategy Partner and Global Practice Leader at IBM Consulting, and has held senior leadership roles in management consulting, industry, and start-up environments, working with diverse private and public sector clients globally.
Tina is an active, hands-on philanthropist – both locally and to address global humanitarian crisis. Her objective is to apply her business expertise to empowering vulnerable people to be the protagonist in their own solution through education, mentoring, career placement, food safety, and financial independence.
In addition to serving on the Galavante in the World Foundation board, Tina is an advisor, investor and lead mentor for Conscious Venture Lab, an early-stage business accelerator that invests in purpose-driven start-ups founded by women and minorities. She is also a Founding Partner and incoming Board Member of the Vatican-inspired Laudato si Challenge.
