We couldn’t think of a restaurant more Americana than The Polo Bar, nor a better exemplar of the American Dream than its founder, Ralph Lauren. In honor of the US elections, we have created a recipe inspired by the famed Polo Bar Crudite, which is a favorite in their famed bar, which is reservation only if you are lucky to get a slot fo dinner. The crudite, while honoring its American roots, is anything but simple. The veggies are impossibly crisp and don’t get us started on the ranch dressing, which we dip with their homemade potato chips. We miss you Polo Bar.
