db Bistro Moderne: Best of Daniel Boulud’s Cocktails

IMG_2610

When Daniel Boulud does anything at all, it’s already exciting. He has restaurants everywhere, from Boston, Washington, D.C., and Palm Beach, to Toronto, London and Singapore. But of course, some of his most famous restaurants are right here, in New York City. In fact, in NYC alone, he has fifteen restaurants, and three locations of a gourmet grocery. And despite the saying, with French chef Daniel Boulud, the quantity is definitely directly proportional to the quality.

db Bistro Moderne, Chef Boulud’s a-block-away-from-Times-Square spot, serves his renowned chic contemporary French food with a new American twist. It was here that his famed db Burger was born, and then grew to take the world by storm. But perhaps equally as delicious as the food are the cocktails at db Bistro Moderne. Whether you’re on a romantic date, out with your girlfriends, or simply having a drink with a coworker, there are plenty to choose from, and they’re all vivacious. The Penicillin #2 cocktail is our favorite concoction – but they are decidedly all worth trying.
