Favorite Destination
I love so many places. I don’t have one favorite destination because it always depends on what I’m looking for from each trip. My favorite city destination is where I call home, New York. My favorite beach destination is Hawaii and my favorite wine tasting destination is Marlborough in New Zealand or Stellenbosch in South Africa. I also recently fell in love with the Greek islands. It’s pretty much my definition of the perfect summer vacation: laid back vibe, lots of sunshine, great Mediterranean food So literally you can say I am all over the map when it comes to my favorite places.
Most Exotic Destination Traveled
Bora Bora and Japan – both very exotic for very different reasons.
Travel Philosophy
In case of doubt, just ask yourself: “What will you remember when you’re old?”. That dictates most of my decisions when I travel. I try to travel with limited expectations, always keep an open mind, and not overpack the schedule. Most importantly: travel light and eat local.
