Eleven Madison Park might remain closed for now, but the establishment created EMP To Go, which is offering a sumptuous Thanksgiving meal for pickup. All you need to do at home is follow the instructions to cook the turkey and reheat the sides.
The Thanksgiving menu includes an uncooked organic turkey, sage gravy, dinner rolls, brioche stuffing with turkey sausage, cranberry-orange chutney, pommes duchesse with leek fondue, herb-roasted carrots, haricots verts with roasted shallot, green salad with pumpkin seed vinaigrette, and apple-cranberry pie. For $475 for 4-6 people or $875 for 8-10 people (with an added pecan pie), we say this offer will not last long. Order now while it’s still available.
Should you want something even more glamorous, truffles and caviar can be added. It is also possible to complete your luxurious feast with EMP wines from its extensive cellar, along with cocktails for aperitif and digestif, including its famous classic rye Manhattan, pear cocktail or apple cider milk punch.
