Turks and Caicos tends to top the lists of best destinations in the world for honeymooners, but the archipelago isn’t just for loved-up travelers. Families are just as attracted to the islands’ luxurious amenities and dreamy beaches as newlyweds – why wouldn’t they be? The ritzy offerings and the natural beauty of the archipelago have a built-in playground for guests of all ages. And now that the Grace Bay Club resort has recently reimagined its Family-Friendly Suites, it’s definitely a no-brainer.
Location
The five-star Grace Bay Club resort is located on Providenciales, the main island in the Turks and Caicos archipelago. Better yet, it sits on Grace Bay Beach whose white sands and turquoise waters have made it famous around the world. And this scenery is, of course, visible from every single one of the resort’s new Family-Friendly Suites.
Accommodations
Formerly known as the Villa Suites, Grace Bay Club’s Family-Friendly suites have all been beautifully redesigned by award-winning designer Michael Elisson in 2024. Top-shelf furnishings, spacious bathrooms, gorgeous textiles, capacious bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen have elevated the Family-Friendly Suites to a stunning level of luxury. And if there is one category of people who could do with some comfort and relaxation in a gorgeous seaside suite, that’s parents – no matter the age of their kids.
The resort has seven different types of Family-Friendly Suites, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom. The largest of them all is the Villas Grace Bay Penthouse with its 6430-square-foot of floor space, including a media room. So, while the kids enjoy a movie, you can lounge on the 2,000 square feet of oceanfront terrace. And because in-room dining is available, you can indulge in a Caicos coconut cheesecake while you’re at it – or anything on the extensive menu.
Kid-Friendly Amenities
Outside the suites, Grace Bay Club has your kids covered. They have a dedicated program (Kids Town Program) for children aged 5-12, which will keep them occupied as they do arts and crafts, go snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, and even stargazing at night. There’s a clubhouse (with a treehouse!), swings, and a ping-pong table. Grace Bay Club also offers babysitting and nanny services for good measure, as well as a kids’ pool, and a myriad of eco-excursions.
What we’re trying to say is — you might actually get to enjoy the suites yourself.
