The InterContinental Hotels Group, owner of several vast hotel groups (including InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Regent Hotels & Resorts and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants) has just acquired the hospitality and wellness company from the private equity fund Pegasus Capital Advisors. It was only a matter of $300 million. As a result, we are lucky enough to be expecting 60 new Six Senses hotels within the next decade. IHG will now be managing 16 new hotels, 37 new spas, and Evason and Raison d’Etre, the sister companies of Six Senses.

But there’s really no such thing as too much Six Senses.
