The Guide to Dallas

Julia Paino, Contributor

We know, you’re up for a weekend where you can pull out your favorite cowboy boots and let loose in the American south. This was maybe the majority of what Dallas had previously to offer, besides big chain restaurants. But today, there’s much more. Dallas is a city full of unique culture, diehard sports, shopping and top-notch food. Here is the guide to where to eat and stay in Dallas. Note: This doesn’t mean though that you still can’t grab a cowboy hat, your favorite denim jacket, and experience Texas old school.

A Note about the Recommendations

Galavante has been around for 12 years, and during that time, we’ve met a few people around the world. We would go as far as to say, that our community is truly something special. These Tastemakers are in every corner of the globe, and they are social butterflies with a passion for the best accommodations and dining. For our Galavante City Guides, we’re leaning into the locals, who in this case are long-time residents Eva and Hooman. This is their list of where to eat and stay in Dallas, so you know it’s going to be good.
