Thank the universe, California is finally off the quarantine list for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as they’ve been making a model comeback from their COVID spike. And just in time to enjoy a weekend or a few months in Malibu or one of the other in-demand destinations.

Also off the list are Hawaii, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada and Ohio. But added, to bring the grand total to 35 states, are Arizona, Minnesota, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Wyoming.
