If you don’t have a bag of frozen shrimp from Whole Foods stored away, fix that now. They come in handy all the time. In a pinch, buy the raw variety and simply add to boiling water.

Boil water in a medium pot with sugar and salt. Add the shrimp and let cook for 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Meanwhile, mix lemon, mayonnaise, and oregano. When shrimp is cooled, serve with the aioli.
