We know there are a lot of great restaurants doing takeout Thanksgiving dinner with a set menu, but in Galavante style, we know you’re a unique crew. So you want Thanksgiving meal to be anything but plug-and-play. That’s where our Michelin-level Chef de Cuisine, Ben Vaschetti, and our Master Sommelier, Andre Compeyre, who has been everywhere from Ducasse to Le Bernardin, come in the picture. Think of them as your dream team for Thanksgiving, where they will create a unique menu with everyone of your preferences and a wine pairing for a Thanksgiving that will be a highlight of 2020.
How it works
Message us and we’ll talk food – your favorite dishes, gluten-free, vegan, paleo, pescatarian, no sugar, full sugar diet and your loves and not so likes. From there, that’s where the fun starts, where Chef Ben will propose a mind blowing menu – everything from the Black River Caviar and fresh oysters, seared sea scallop en shell canapes, to your banana flambee dessert, and everything in between. Somm Andre will then pair all of your courses, and the day before Thanksgiving, it’s all ready to go and be heated up for your feast. Or if you’re feeling especially celebratory, we can come to your home and make your feast on Thanksgiving day. Because we’re Galavante, and we’d love to make this year your best Thanksgiving yet.
