It wasn’t too long ago that Auberge Resorts was just one hotel in Napa. Well, fast-forward 20+ hotels with at least six more in the pipeline, and they have themselves a little luxury hotel empire. To add to the empire, Etéreo on the Riviera Maya just opened this December.  We have the first look, along with the scoop on a rare deal on Mexico hotels.

The Specs 

Auberge’s new property is set right on the beach, in the Riviera Maya.  The hotel’s name, Etéreo means ethereal in Spanish, which is the vibe of the hotel. Etéreo is based on the foundation of cuisine, connection with nature and beaches. They inspire you to take a breath and connect with the spirituality of the land.  The local Mayan culture influences Etéreo’s spa, cuisine and resort activities.  Unlike the buzzier Cabo, this is the place to chill out and reset.  It’s also rare to get a deal on Mexico hotels in this tier, especially at the level of their introductory offers.

An Opening Offer 

To get you hooked on Etéreo, Auberge offers 35% off all stays plus a $250 resort credit if you book by December 31, 2021.  The promotion is valid for stays through November 15th of 2022.  For those who are in it for a longer stay, every 4th night is complimentary. To sweeten the deal, there’s a $1,000 credit with the four night stay, which means more spa treatments or cocktails by the pool.  This is as good as it gets for deals on Mexico hotels, especially in this luxury category.  Early indicators are Etéreo may make the best hotels in Mexico list.
