La Gioia may have just recently opened its doors, but it is already becoming an extremely popular restaurant in Milan. The restaurant attributes its success to one element in particular: Simplicity. The menu consists of classic Italian dishes like ravioli del plin and vitel tonnè. There is also an extensive wine list.

Vesta Fiori Chiari’s menu includes dishes like Chilean sea bass and classic Benedetto Cavalieri spaghetti. Additionally, the restaurant itself was designed by architect Stefano Belingardi Clusoni and is beautifully detailed, without being overwhelming.

Horto

Horto is a delicious gastronomic experience with an emphasis on sustainable, ethically sourced produce. The restaurant is committed to using only “one hour” ingredients, meaning that all ingredients are sourced within one hour from the restaurant. There is an-ever changing tasting menu which includes several Italian favorites. Chef Norbert Niederkofler puts taste before all else, serving dishes like risotto con brodo and Varzese beef carpaccio.

Yapa is a place for the adventurous diner to try something brand new. Chef Matteo Pancetti is  daring when it comes to food, and has a gift for creating delicious new recipes using seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is minimally decorated with muted tones and dim lighting, allowing the food to take center stage and speak for itself.
