The Villas

The Food
The food is as integrated with forest life as the villas are. Dishes are simple, local, and seasonal, and have even earned a spot on the Relais & Châteaux group. They are the third Awasi lodge to do this and one of 10 restaurants and hotels in Argentina to be awarded this honor. Some of their signature dishes are the marinated Pacú with mango and fennel salad, and the Dorado with cabutía pumpkin, saffron sauce, and pistachio praliné.
