Add cream to a saucepan, and bring to a boil.

Stir continuously, as cream thickens, for about 3 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium-low, and add mustard and cheese.

Stir until cheese has melted and mustard is incorporated, about 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
