There’s a reason that Sinatra’s New York is still the mic drop of a good evening out after all these years. New York is darned near the center of the universe and it’s why it’s one of the top destinations for people all over the world to ring in the New Year. But you’re no amateur if you find yourself celebrating in the city. So, naturally, you’re dialed into the restaurants that know how to throw your kind of party. This is your list of the best New Year’s Eve dinners in NYC to bring in 2024.
Aman New York
No, Aman did not open the gates to their private club in the stunning Crown Building. However, there is a very special opportunity for Galavante’s nearest and dearest to celebrate the New Year at Aman. Arva, their Italian restaurant, will be hosting a Gala Dinner with seating starting at 8:30 pm. There will be a multi-course menu of the best of Arva. The sister restaurant Nama will make an appearance as well with some Japanese-inspired dishes. After dinner, a jazz band, The Late Risers along with some surprise acts will bring in the New Year in The Lounge Bar.
To Book: Arva’s Gala Dinner tickets start at $888++ and Lounge Bar tickets only begin at $248/per person. Table service in the Lounge Bar starts at $3k. Message us at [email protected] and we’ll hook you up.
Delmonico’s
After a brief hiatus, the restaurant that was the first fine dining restaurant to open in 1837 is back. You have to give props to a place where Eggs Benedict, Baked Alaska, Lobster Newburg, and Chicken A la Keene were invented. So you know that when they throw a party, it’s going to be one of the best New Year’s Eve dinners in NYC. The first a la carte seating runs between 5 PM and 7 PM, and the second a la carte seating between 7 PM and 9 PM. The grand dinner will begin at 9:00 pm and run through the New Year. The deal is a reasonable $195 prefix menu with a champagne toast at midnight.

ZZ’s Club
If there’s a time to pull in your connections and favors, it’s to get a reservation at ZZ’s Club. Although the Carbone-led venture just recently opened, it’s guaranteed to be one of the best New Year’s Eve dinners in NYC. With a stunning dining room and options to indulge in Carbone-style and/or ZZ’s cuisine, the food itself is a reason to go. You know though that the scene and people watching at ZZ’s Club is going to be insanely fun.
The Grill
Now if you don’t have the juice to get you into ZZ’s Club, that’s ok because you can still get your Major Food Group fix at The Grill. The setting is so grand scale New York that it’s already a celebration every day. However, they amplify it up to the next level for the New Year. They’re bringing out all the good stuff with a prix fixe menu that is making us hungry reading it. Peeko Oysters with Caviar, Chilled Langoustines, and Steak and anchovy Tartare are the first course choices. The second course is Black Truffle Ravioli or Scampi Ravioli. For the main course, you can opt for Dover Sole with Horseradish Meuniére or Filet Mignon with Black Truffle.
If you’re really blowing it out, you can supplement the menu with a Spit Roasted Prime Rib or Lobster Floridian. We have Delmonico’s to thank for the original classic Baked Alaska. Or you can go for a Citrus Chocolate Custard. The first seating begins from 6-9 pm and runs $195. The final seating starts at 9 pm for the midnight celebration, at a relatively reasonable $295.
