Kids Pet Drawings to Make a Difference
Inspired by recent world events like the COVID-19 pandemic and the battle against systemic racism, 8-year-old Elle and Enzi wanted to do their part, even if small, to make a difference, so they started Petopia Pet Drawing Squad.
Petopia Pet Drawing Squad offers hand-drawn replicas of your favorite pet photos for a suggested $20 donation. All the proceeds so far have gone to No Kid Hungry and D.R.E.A.M., and they are next partnering with rescue charities. These two besties with big hearts created Petopia Pet Drawing Squad because they want to bring people joy while helping others.
If you’re looking for an adorable drawing of your dog, cat, fish, dolphin, alligator or whatever your precious pet may be, be sure to check out Petopia Pet Drawing Squad. Enzi’s favorite pets that he has drawn so far are Devon the Dolphin and Phoebe the Dog. His favorite part is “knowing that the pictures help raise money for charity.” Elle’s favorite pets that she has drawn are Buster the Bunny and Bubbles the Fish. Her favorite thing about this is “that we are helping to make the world a better place.”
Elle and Enzi’s Petopia Pet Drawing Squad started with the support of their families and has built momentum to help other kids in need. Their first customer, Marni Berger, said, “It’s so wonderful to see kids finding creative ways to support important causes during these unprecedented times. And their artwork makes it so much fun to support!” Their parents added, “We are so proud of their work and love that they are giving their time and talents to such amazing causes.”
