Naviva four season

Grown-up time is a good thing. The Four Seasons has launched a new(ish) concept in the Riviera Maya — and in the best way, you’d never guess it was a Four Seasons. Naviva is a wellness retreat that might just be a game-changer for FS. We’re talking about all-inclusive service that adapts to your mood. Nothing set in stone, no schedules or pre-set menus — just an organic unfolding of moments in the jungle, right next to the ocean. The only downside? You might not be able to go back to a regular resort after this.

Accommodation

You might be hesitant about staying in a tent. Then again, if you decide to do it, it better be a Four Seasons tent. This place features 15 tented bungalows that surpass the comfort of a typical luxury ocean-view villa. And to further ease your mind: each one has air conditioning, a private plunge pool, an open-air living room, a separate bedroom, and a huge deck with a fireplace. And of course, it’s stocked with all the small luxuries you need (or didn’t know you needed) — all in signature Four Seasons style.

Dining

When it comes to dining, you’ll encounter yet another original and flexible concept. Let’s start with the atmosphere — the resort is adults-only, with a limited number of bungalows, so dining at the on-site restaurant Copal Cocina feels cosy and intimate. But remember, this resort is all about you, so you can also get creative. Talk to the chef, and she’ll craft a personalized menu for you to enjoy at a private spot, along the Pacific or deep in the jungle. Think morning coffee by the pool, a secret picnic on a secluded beach, a glass of wine in a natural grotto garden, or a sunset dinner in a beachfront cabana. As we said, there’s no menu and no standard mealtimes. It’s your vacation, your rules, your favorite food and drinks. And a whole new meaning to the phrase “all-inclusive.”

Wellness

Naviva is, after all, a wellness resort — and the spa experience is a total customer-in-the-spotlight vibe. Your only job is to discover what you truly need, and let them pamper you. If you are on a rejuvenation journey, book five-hours in one of the two spa pods (symbolizing sunrise and sunset). If you search for creativity and transformation spend 150 minutes in their House of Heat temazcal. There are so many rituals and journeys on offer, that the options can feel a bit overwhelming. But don’t worry — experienced staff are there to guide you, and help you develop your own personalized spa program.
