Shrimp Curry Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium Spanish onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Lime juice to taste
A can of coconut milk
Procedure
In a deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add onion and saute until lightly brown. Then, add in garlic and ginger and cook for about 1 minute. Stir in sugar, curry, paprika, and salt.
