In other words, we think that the Major Food Group guys have officially achieved world domination. Now that the Hamptons is temporarily the new NYC, it’s good to see our city favorites making an appearance out east. Like with their first week of delivery in NYC, we imagine that the line for Carbone is going to look like they’re giving out free food (which they’re not).

To a limited number of persistent and dedicated customers, Carbone is putting together meal kits for four of their greatest hits, sold as weekly packages with a four-week minimum. Think Caesar alla ZZ, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Mario’s Meatballs, and some of their signature antipasti like that Parmesan cheese they serve out of the wheel, Cauliflower Giardinia, olives, salami and that BREAD. No one does bread like Major Food Group.

Like a real deal going down, you pick up your box at a special locale in the Hamptons at a designated time. Meals are meant to be cooked and or finished su casa.
