Sadly, she, and the rest of us, have had to wait until May 2022 for the chance at a total make over vacation. The Ranch Italy is a part of the The Ranch Malibu brand. Rooms
A little less than an hour from Rome is Palazzo Fiuggi. This fourteenth century villa has a history of wellness. Royalty and Popes have long traveled to this nature rich hill. The villa looks out at the town of Fiuggi, 700 meters above sea level. The 20 acer park and newly renovated building are fit for a week or two of wellness. Each week is limited to 25 guests in the villa at one time, so retreats are intimate.
Food and Dining
Eating healthy in Italy is made easy at The Ranch Italy. Plant based and nutritional meals are made to detox the body. Each healthy meal made in the Ranch Garden. One of the dinner options which is both healthy and Alfredo is the Day One dinner. This dish is the Kelp Noodle Alfredo with mustard rubbed broccolini and blistered cherry tomatoes.
Spa
Wellness is the heart of both the Ranch Malibu and The Ranch Italy. So it’s no surprise that Ranch Italy has a world class spa and Roman Thermae. Here you can receive your daily massage after the signature daily mountain hike. You will also be taking the daily yoga classes and fitness classes. What may be more surprising though, is the extensive medical testing that is offered. Here you can receive a routine physical exam, an electrocardiogram, an urinalysis and a blood test which you can see the results of in the next 24 hours.
