Over the last year, Sabrina Carpenter has skyrocketed to pop stardom. You could say that she’s made quite an impression (five feet, to be exact). In November, she wrapped the North American leg of her “Short ‘n Sweet” tour and will take the show to Europe in March. Just last week, she not only performed at the Grammys, but won her first Grammy Awards: Best Pop Vocal Album for “Short ‘n Sweet” and Best Pop Solo Performance for “Espresso.” Needless to say, Sabrina is in need of some good old R&R. Here are some of the places Sabrina Carpenter jaunts off to when she needs a break from workin’ late.

Paris, France

Sabrina Carpenter has been jetsetting to Paris for years, and has told interviewers that it’s her favorite city in the world. Known for her old Hollywood glam and impeccable style, it’s no wonder that Sabrina has an affinity for the City of Lights. After all, Paris is known as the fashion capital of the world. Haute couture boutiques and iconic fashion houses line the streets of the city’s luxurious fashion districts, such as Triangle d’Or and Champs-Élysées. After a long day of shopping, Paris’ plethora of chic cafés and bars are the ideal place to kick up your Louboutins and unwind with an espresso (or an espresso martini, like Sabrina did in June 2024).

Mammoth Mountain, CA

This year, Sabrina rang in the new year with friends at Mammoth Mountain — a stunning ski resort area along California’s Sierra Nevada mountain range. In an Instagram post, Sabrina and her pals can be seen frolicking in the snow, striking poses in front of snow-capped peaks, and solving jigsaw puzzles in an adorably rustic home. Mammoth Mountain boasts over 3500 acres of ski-able terrain and 178 trails. It also has an exceptionally long ski season, making it the perfect destination for winter sports enthusiasts. In town, Mammoth Village offers a variety of quaint shops, restaurants, and lodges for when you need to warm up from a day on the mountain.

Mallorca, Spain

In 2023, Sabrina traded in the slopes for the sea, when she performed at her bestie Joey King’s wedding in Mallorca, Spain. Between the wedding festivities, the “Taste” singer made time to soak in the island’s charming coves and lush coastlines. But Mallorca has a lot more to offer than just its beaches. Palma, the island’s capital, features sweeping coastal promenades and a vibrant nightlife that rivals Ibiza. But if that’s not your scene, head to the north of the island where you’ll find Pollença, a historical town that dates back to the 12th century. Once there, make your way through narrow, winding streets that will transport you back to the medieval era until you reach Plaça Major. The town’s main square is dominated by a 13th century church — Esglèsia de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels.

Where to stay: La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel, Mallorca

Venice, Italy

For a lot of people, Venice, Italy is a bucket list destination. Travelers flock from around the globe to glimpse the city’s historical landmarks and stroll along its 177 canals and 400 bridges. And Sabrina Carpenter is no different. After attending a Vanity Fair event in September 2022, Sabrina stuck around to play tourist in The Floating City. With a rich history of art, culture, and cuisine, Venice truly checks all the travel boxes. You can immerse yourself in the city’s history at the Doge’s Palace, shop for exquisite Venetian glass at one of the many artisan shops lining the canals, and ogle at the golden mosaics in St. Mark’s Basilica. Obviously, no trip to Venice is complete without a gondola ride through the Grand Canal.

Where to stay: Aman Venice

Sydney, Australia

In February 2024, Sabrina enjoyed some time down under, while opening for Taylor Swift on her record-breaking Eras Tour. While in Sydney for a tour stop, Sabrina accompanied Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce on an afternoon at the Sydney Zoo. Sydney magically blends the hustle and bustle of a modern metropolis with the laid-back vibe of a coastal beach town. Start your day with a ferry ride around Sydney Harbour, where you’ll get the best views of the iconic Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Then, spend the afternoon soaking up rays and catching waves at Bondi Beach. Finally, end your night in style at Bar 83, Sydney’s highest bar; it’s perched in Sydney Tower and sits 83 storeys over the central business district.

Where to stay: Crown Towers Sydney
