Like the energy of spring that April brings, with the cherry blossoms sprouting and the first signs of the green treetops in Central Park from our offices, it’s another new beginning for Galavante. For those of you who have been with us from the start, we hope you’ve noticed that there have been many changes afoot. First there was the revamp of our website to welcome in the New Year. And as we promised, it was just the start.

I often get asked how Galavante is unique in the crowded travel space. Since we started our company, every single one of our travel recommendations has come from the Working Jet Set. The Co-Founders and I come from private equity, hedge funds, investment banks and luxury goods companies. And with us come all of our extraordinary friends who travel the world. We’re unique because we’re not sitting in glass offices wondering what people like us want out of travel, lifestyle and entertainment. We are the demographic we serve. To highlight the travelers who inspire us, this month we’re launching Tastemakers. From an Australian Olympian sailor turned investment banker turned Moscow nightclub owner, to actresses, entrepreneurs, supermodels and even a former supermodel who is now a hedge fund manager, essentially we’ll have what they’re having.
