Why choose between Mykonos and Ibiza when you can have both? Well, because you want to keep the party going this summer, and you’re worth it. For your time on the isle, this is the guide for where to be for the best beach clubs and low-key spots.
Hotel Highlights
The Hotel: Cali Mykonos
This is arguably the best hotel in all of Mykonos. It has the vibe of a remote stay but is only 7 miles from the Island’s center. You’re surrounded by beaches with direct private access. If you’re more of a pool person, Cali also wins in that department. The infinity pool is one of Greece’s largest, spanning more than 420 ft. It prioritizes health and rejuvenation through exercise programs and local ingredients – a must when you’re nursing a gnarly hangover on this party island.
The Hotel: Kalesma
Kalesma Mykonos is for the effortlessly chic. It’s got the classic Cycladic architecture and the exclusive feel of a boutique hotel stay. The no-pressure environment lets you have a highly personalized experience. You can choose to dance at the pool bar to the in-house DJ’s mix or eat a menu fitted to your exact taste in your villa. The easy lifestyle feel extends to your ventures outside the hotel because Kalesma’s concierge service is its specialty. Go to Kalesma if you want to find authentic insider gems without planning.
The Hotel: Bill & Coo Coast Suites
Barefoot luxury is synonymous with Bill & Coo Coast Suites. You’re surrounded by panoramic sea views only steps away from the private Bill & Coo Beach. Romance is in the air with dedicated honeymoon suites, an adult-only policy, and double sunbeds. A few exciting changes this summer include ten expansive new suites featuring terraces and pools and new award-winning Executive Chef Aggelos Bakopoulos managing CooZest and Beefbar Mykonos (one of our faves).
Restaurant Highlights
The Restaurant: Apaggio Restaurant
Apaggio Restaurant is a local Greek tavern 3 minutes from Santa Marina Hotel, and that is why you come to Greece. It’s both local Greeks and beautiful people who want the top authentic Greek food on the isle. You sit beside the sea and take in a more peaceful yet exciting people-watching scene in Mykonos.
The Restaurant: Beefbar Mykonos
Beefbar Mykonos has a seafood-heavy menu despite its name. Besides Noema, it is one of the best restaurants on the isle. This is where you want to order everything on the menu – Lobster Pasta, Hamachi Crudo, and Grilled Prawn. Of course, they have beef, too, but with how fresh the seafood is, it’s hard not to fill the table with fish. The Grilled Prawn and truffle fries are everything.
The Restaurant: Nōema Mykonos
Nōema Mykonos has the best dinner entertainment, where they marry the DJ with live performances. The stunning and vibey environment is right in Mykonos town. The scene is full of beautiful people; servers dress like Greek gods and goddesses, and the music feels more Ibiza. The modern Greek cuisine is even better than the scenery.
