The James Perse villa in Cabo San Lucas is prime for your entourage’s next Mexico getaway. Located in the East Cape of Los Cabos, where you can still find local surfers and restaurants with undiluted authenticity, Greycape is a home that’s run like your own private hotel. The Location
Cabo’s vacation popularity transformed the coast into a hotel hotspot. Some visitors, like James Perse himself, prefer the authentic Cabo. He believes that luxurious living can be more seamlessly blended with natural Cabo beauty. Further from the bustling resorts, the East Cape allows for miles of surfing and secluded beaching. The estate has the perfect combination of unbridled natural magnificence (otherwise known as big waves), and pure comfort.
Overview
All of the five suites have their own unique design which makes the most of their space. There is one master suite, a connected kids room, and three guest rooms. Each suite is tailored to the level on the villa in which it sits. Take suite one for example, where the open air concept is truly taken to the next level. It even includes an additional outdoor private shower and jacuzzi.
The suites are just steps away from the ocean, but even inside the rooms, nature comes to you. Once you get there of course, you’ll be hungry after your journey. Lucky then, that the amenities include a private chef. If you dare to venture past the pool, Los Cabos is only twenty minutes away. It contains glorious restaurants, including Flora Farms, which is farm to table dinning experience you don’t want to miss out on. Cabo and Greycape come together in this sleek sandy colored oasis.
