Jodhpur, India
You can say it all began here; Nick and Priyanka could not have chosen a more beautiful city in the region of Rajasthan, India to begin their married life. The main attraction is the ancient fort that overlooks the city. The tall structure recalls the glory of Jodhpur’s regal past. Today, regeneration projects are bringing back the city’s light and life, but with a hip spin. In Jodhpur, the stunning historic tombs, gardens and palaces are some of the most grand in the world. Of course, Priyanka’s heritage in India made their decision easy, and we’re sure the venue, the Umaid Bhawan Palace, was also a big factor in the decision process. You don’t need to be an A-List couple though to stay like royalty; Umaid Bhawan Palace is part of the Taj Hotels portfolio.
The Swiss Alps
When your brother is also dating a stunning celebrity, double dates are a huge event. Nick’s brother, Joe, and wife, Sophie Turner, came along and doubled the group’s clout when they spent a weekend skiing in the Swiss Alps. For their luxury accommodations, they rented a chalet in Verbier and spent mornings sipping tea with their toes in fuzzy slippers as they photographed the stunning views. By après ski, the boys indulged in “shotskis” and the quartet glammed up for some fancy dinners.
The Alps are always a win, but when you go with the gang, it’s sure to be a good time. The crew may have kept it local and low key, as they wanted to relax, but the Alps offer so many opportunities to explore beautiful scenery and charming villages via foot, snowshoe, ski and railway. Tuscany
Where do you go to spend a long weekend? If you’re Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, it’s Tuscany. Obviously. And while you’re there, you indulge in absolutely every luxury offered.
They chose a nice villa with private pool to rent for $10k per night. The villa also had easy access to Via dell’Amore in the charming town of Pienza. You know, the street of love, which is the direct translation in Italian. The lazy, sunny summer days make staying in calm and peaceful. So they brought a pasta-making class to their abode and documented the whole process. In Tuscany, a lamb ragu and sumptuous wine pairing would, of course, also be present.
When they weren’t lounging in the pool, whipping up fresh pasta or dancing in a field, they were strolling along the cobblestone streets. Clearly Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas may travel the world, but they always bring the romance with them.
