If you’re wondering where to spot Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford at the Olympics, there’s one place they’ll be for certain. Besides the VIP parties, the big fashion and watch and jewelry brands have hospitality suites. These pops around the city are invitation only. This means that you’re either a big customer, magazine editor, (Hi Anna) or you’re one of the celebrities at the Olympics. Then there are prestigious brands like OMEGA which are opening their doors to the public. Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford are both brand ambassadors for OMEGA. The prestigious watch company is the official time keeper for the Olympics and Paralympics. So between catching Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford at the Olympics, this is where you have a chance to glimpse this dynamic mother-daughter duo.
OMEGA House
Right around the corner from the Musee d’Orsay on the Left Bank is the the Hôtel de Poulpry, Maison des Polytechniciens. This is a private event venue. However, for the next two weeks, it’s home to the OMEGA Pavilion and open to the public from 10am to 10pm daily. So yes, it’s nice that it’s not just celebrities at the Olympics who can partake in special events.
At the OMEGA Pavilion, there is a Race of Champions where visitors can get timed on the 10 meter running track. OMEGA House records a video and with their Swiss precision, the race time. So essentially if you didn’t make the Olympic team, you can still have your Olympic moment. However we don’t think the sighting of Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford at the Olympics had them trying out the track. Something about little black dresses and heels probably got in the way. But we are looking forward to more of the Olympic moments from this dynamic mother-daughter duo this next few weeks.
