Tina Naser is a Strategist, Board Member, Philanthropist, and Investor with a passion for using innovation to reimagine the paradigm in Healthcare and Life Sciences to deliver better health and patient outcomes—especially in women’s health.

Tina is a Partner at IBM Consulting, where she works with Fortune 500 Healthcare and Life Sciences CEOs and their leadership teams to lead digital and AI-enabled transformations that unlock human potential and accelerate innovation—advancing how organizations deliver better care, breakthrough science, and improved patient outcomes.

In addition to serving as a Board Member of the Galavante in the World Foundation, Tina is an Investor and Advisor to the Conscious Venture Fund, where she helps Health and Life Sciences founders scale their businesses and operating models. She also mentors emerging leaders through Women in America, a nonprofit dedicated to developing the next generation of female executives. A hands-on, inspirational leader and mentor, Tina has a global perspective shaped by leading diverse, high-performing teams across North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Born in Toronto, Canada, Tina now calls New York City home.
