For the food enthusiasts of the world, there’s great news. NOMA, the world’s best restaurant will remain open till Spring 2025. Earlier, Chef Rene Redzepi had announced that the operations of NOMA in Copenhagen will cease in 2023. But looks like the culinary gods have been gracious enough. The restaurant will function till Spring 2025. In addition, NOMA has announced another pop-up in Kyoto.
NOMA will hold a residency program in the heart of Japan from October to December. The restaurant team will be experimenting with an array of dishes sourced from local ingredients. This new menu is going to be the distinguishing feature of this residency program. It will be inspired by the autumn of the East.
For the unversed, let me tell you that NOMA’s menu in Copenhagen is also inspired by the landscapes of Denmark. There are three variants to choose from; Vegetable, forest, and ocean. Maintaining the same vibe, NOMA is all set to introduce the culinary flavors of the East with a touch of the West to the world.
