Iconic Chef Francis Mallmann is in the Hamptons this summer, and he’s teaming up with Il Buco al Mare. Francis Mallmann is the king of the Argentine barbecue. Whether you’re in his restaurant in Mendoza or at the Chateau La Coste in Provence, Francis Mallmann takes food to a Michelin-level on the grill.
When Chef Mallmann is in the Hamptons, his kitchen will be Il Buco’s wood burning oven. Chef Mallmann is on hand to celebrate Il Buco’s 30th anniversary for this one-evening event on July 24, 2024 at 6:oopm. He and Il Buco Executive Chef Amelia Kirk will be cooking a five-course wine pairing menu. The preview of the menu is as follows:

Chef Mallmann in the Hamptons is a one-evening only event. It begins at 6:00pm at Il Buco al Mare at 231 Main Street in Amagansett. Tickets are $560 a person and you buy them prior to the dinner on Resy.
