Yes, we’ve been stalking you on Instagram. Your photos are, in a word, inspiring. So we figured, why not have a photo contest? We all like some competition. And we know you’ve been to extraordinary places, and we all need travel inspiration. Whether it’s a stunning hotel on your bucket list or a trip you took with us at Galavante to Italy, we want to see it all.
This September, we’re going to feature the 10 most striking photos from you, our well-traveled brood. Because there’s nothing like looking through pretty pictures. If your photo is selected, that’s when the real fun and the photo contest starts. The person whose photo gets the most likes on our Instagram will get a two-night stay at the Silversands Grenada, on us. Because if there’s a place that you need to get a photo for the ‘Gram, it’s at the stunning infinity pool at Silversands.
How It Works
We’re going to keep this photo contest simple. From now until September 6, send us your most amazing photos to [email protected]. You can send up to three of your favorites, as long as they’re PG-13. (After all, it’s not that other kind of photo contest.)
Our Galavante team will then convene after the summer for the arduous task of picking the best of the best. On September 15, we’ll announce the top 10 photos on our Instagram and feature a new photo each day. Then the real fun begins. We’ll put it to a democratic vote on Instagram. The person whose photo has the most likes by October 10 will receive two complimentary nights at the Silversands in Grenada. Yes, those vacation photos will pay off. Big. So have your Mom, Grandma and all your neighbors like your photo, and a dream weekend is yours.
The Fine Print
Not too much on this. No purchase is necessary. By submitting the photo, you represent that you have rights to the photograph, and you give Galavante the rights to publish the photo, with credit to you, whether or not your photo is selected as a finalist.
On the prize, there will be blackout dates that shall apply at Silversands, which will be outlined to the finalists. No cash value or exchange allowed. Airfare isn’t included. Otherwise, two nights to the most-liked photo is the winner’s for the taking.
