Sawada
Sawada

Sawada is legendary in Japan. The restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars and is staffed only by Chef Koji Sawada and his wife, who cook without using electricity at all. The interior is minimalistic, allowing the cuisine to speak for itself. The small, intimate restaurant is known to serve some of the best sushi in the world, and many a sushi-lover has declared Sawada to be their favorite restaurant.
