hotel du cap

Today we Galavante to the Hotel du Cap, which is one of the most special places in the world.  I was a first-time visitor to the South of France last year, and it exceeded all the hype.  Besides Splendido in Portofino, Hotel du Cap is on my list of top two places in the world.

A gorgeous estate located in Antibes, this is the playground for the rich, (in)famous and you.  It’s where to celebrate that big bonus, anniversary, birthday or just life in general.  It’s the setting for romance, or equally fun, a place to vacation with your friends.

With tennis courts worthy of the French Open, a La Prairie Spa with caviar facials and food so good it’s off the Michelin charts, it’s almost over the top.  I say almost, because there is something so warm and homey amidst having the Jolie-Pitts in residence and major moguls.  There is not one bit of pretension; the staff is so welcoming and down-to-earth.  The Hotel du Cap doesn’t take itself so seriously, which I love.  The gorgeousness just speaks for itself at this extraordinary place.

All the Best,
