Le Bilboquet
We know that we had Bilboquet in the Hamptons to keep us on the scene over the summer. ZZ’s Club
Designer Ken Fulk may have just outdone himself, with the ambitious two-level ZZ’ss Club in Hudson Yards. He kind of had to take it to the next level though, with Major Food Group opening their first private food club. This is where Carbone and the team have taken their original restaurant concepts and made them even better. ZZ’s Club-only dishes like the 40-minute Lobster Risotto all’Arrabiata and Spaghetti with Dungeness Crab are on the menu for members.
