And for that matter, even their support boat Abeona, which holds their toys like the helicopters and extra staff at 246 feet, is too big to park anywhere. Instead, if you’re going to see Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez in Sardinia, it won’t be on Koru. Instead, they’ll tender onto shore in a smaller boat. So that’s exactly what Jeff Bezos and his entourage did, to get to lunch on the mainland. This past weekend provided quite a sighting for those on the sand at Nikki Beach in Sardinia, where their boat tendered in the A-List group.
Arzachena – An Eclectic Town in Sardinia
Nikki Beach wasn’t the final destination for the group, although it’s more exclusive than other Nikki Beaches as it’s only reachable by water. Leonardo DiCaprio and Vittoria Ceretti were in Sardinia earlier this summer too at hot spot Zuma, but that wasn’t the destination either. Instead, the more local town of Arzachena, set in the Gallura region in the northern part of Sardinia, was their lunch destination. The beaches are the draw of Arzachena, as is the colorful stone town, with its quaint churches and more local restaurants. That means there’s no Nobu, Zuma or other trendy chain in sight. It’s not without tourists this time of year, but Arzachena is where you get more of the local essence of slow Sardinian life. So Arzachena was the perfect place for the A-List entourage of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez for a low-key authentic lunch.
