Overview
ULYSSIA will be over 1,000 feet long. But despite its immense size, the very slick superyacht will comprise only 133 residences and 22 guest suites. That means that there will be plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the high seas without being crowded. However, that also means that if you want to be a resident on ULYSSIA, you’d better hurry to put in an option.
The superyacht is the brainchild of naval architect Espen Øino. Øino has focused its design on offering residents a good balance of private and communal areas, a lot of outdoor space, and all the amenities you’d expect from upscale resort hotels on land.
Residences and Amenities
Residences will range in size from one to six bedrooms, and all of them will have an outdoor patio to take in the ocean views. While Italian design firm FM Architettura is in charge of the interior design of ULYSSIA, buyers can also opt to bring their own people to design and decorate their floating residences.
The price of the residences will range between $10 million for a suite to $60 million for a penthouse. Residents will also need to pay an annual fee.
The five-star amenities on board ULYSSIA will include several pools, multiple restaurants, a theater, a beach club, and a pickleball court. There will even be a grocery store in case you want to make your own meals. Because, of course, every residence will have its own kitchen.
Most importantly, the superyacht will also be home to an extensive wellness facility. There, you’ll not only be able to enjoy spa treatments, but also fitness equipment and classes, as well as medical services.

Residents will do more than living on a luxury superyacht, however. They will explore every corner of the world accessible to them.
