The airlines have splashed out on their lounges, so it was only a matter of time before the credit card lounges would call and raise them a private suite. This is Chase taking it to the next level with a $3,000 “flex suite.” Quietly unveiled inside the Sapphire Lounge at LaGuardia’s Terminal B, the Reserve Suites offer three hours of ultra-private indulgence, complete with caviar carts, spa-grade bathrooms, and a dedicated host.
The Arrival
LaGuardia’s Terminal B has become a proving ground for next-gen lounge concepts. Amex Centurion, Air Canada, and United have all invested heavily here. Chase’s Reserve Suites are something else entirely — if you’re willing to spend $3,000 for three hours of serenity, that is.
Located post-security on the 4th floor of Terminal B (just before the pedestrian bridge to gates 41–59) the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club is already one of the most visually striking lounges in the US. However, tucked behind a private elevator and a velvet-rope reception lies something far more exclusive: the Reserve Suites. Each suite accommodates up to eight guests (or sixteen if two suites are combined), and reservations must be made at least three days in advance.
The Reserve Suites
Once inside, a dedicated host greets you and ushers you into a cocoon of polished stone, warm wood, and ambient lighting. The bathrooms are spa-grade, with rainfall showers, towel warmers, and backlit vanities. You’ll also find an entertainment system, console games, and a QR-code menu that delivers every dish directly to your suite.
Your dedicated host is a personal staff member. They are assigned exclusively to your suite for the duration of your stay, not just for occasional check-ins. From the moment you arrive, your dedicated host manages the rhythm of your stay with a subtle grace. Your wish is their command.
The Menu
The food at Chase’s Reserve Suites is a collaboration with some of New York’s most respected culinary names. The all-day menu comes from Joseph Leonard, the West Village bistro with a reputation for unfussy charm and a carrot cake not easily forgotten. Parcelle, the Lower East Side wine-shop-turned-restaurant, curates the wine list – expect bottles that feel handpicked for a late-afternoon departure or a celebratory touchdown. And then there’s Apotheke, the Chinatown speakeasy with a flair for botanical cocktails and absinthe theatrics, now serving drinks like the Sapphire: a martini glass filled with gin or vodka, goldenberry juice, lime, ginger, bee pollen, and a whisper of spice.
The Cost
The cost for the three-hour Reserve Suite experience is a flat fee of $3,000. This covers everything: unlimited food and drinks, spa access, and your own dedicated host. Additional guests are included at no extra charge.
